thats a phoenix no matter what they make it look like...seagull, eagle, rooster, dove (yes that symbol for peace is about something evil) etc ;)

probably related to the left and right handed paths...if its the same symbol but with one head goes one way..it means nicey nice (white) and other way attack time (black)

there's a reason why there is 2 horns when then they do that mudra (they think its just for the evil ones) with illusions in their heads..ie the two paths/control both sides&polarities&from one end of the colors (white and black) on everything they can.
